Every home presents unique characteristics and every client has a unique project brief. The property size, value, location and age, as well as the project scope, style and level of finish are some of many factors that should be considered when deciding on a renovation budget.
So how do you know which design service is right for you? I have included some guidance to help you understand the typical budgets we work with for the different design services on offer.

We typically work on London based interior refurbishment projects (without structural modifications) with initial budgets of £1,900+ per sqm (excluding design fees).
For works that involve structural modifications, extensions or conversions; typically £3,500+ per sqm (excluding design fees).

Rosie typically works on Hybrid interior fit out projects with initial budgets of £1,600+ per sqm* (excluding design fees).
*Comprising of a redesign of multiple rooms, and without structural modifications.

E-design concept packs typically involve a budget of £1,200+ per sqm.

Any and every budget! Mentorship is all about problem solving, offering you expert advice, and supporting you whenever and however you need.
Please note the minimum budget figures shared are based on relevant experience, however every project is different so please get in touch if you feel unsure. This information should be taken as a valuable starting point to assist you in understanding whether the design service types I offer could be realistic for your project’s total value. I recommend first creating your own project budget that reflects your home’s characteristics, project requirements, and is realistic with what you can afford.
