We have a 15 minute consultation over the phone at a time convenient for you to chat about your project, so I can scope out how best I can help you.

If we are well suited to work together on your project I will create a proposal for your review and any necessary changes. This will then serve as a contract between us for you to agree and sign. Typically you can expect to receive the proposal within 48 hours.

Budgeting can be tricky, especially if it's your first project. Utilising a per square metre cost rate is an appropriate initial step when estimating the budget for a construction project. If your project includes architectural remodelling or an extension, reach out to local contractors with a simple brief so they can give you an idea of the build cost. Larger, complex and high value projects often warrant hiring a quantity surveyor, who should be on-boarded right at the start of the project, alongside your Architect or Designer.

For smaller interior decoration projects; write an itemised list of every project expense with a sum against each. This should include all materials, furnishings, appliances, labour, fees, and a 10-20% contingency for unexpected costs.

Ensure you're able to finance your project (whether this is borrowing, cash or both). Share your budget and breakdowns with your Designer.

I will send you a questionnaire to complete before our call. Please return this within plenty of time so I can read up about your project beforehand. The more information you can share, the better!

Yes! I offer Online Design and Mentorship for anyone further afield. Hybrid Design is also possible if you aren't based in London or surrounding areas but need help with planning approvals or conceptual home remodelling.
